Cancellations and Changes In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Whale Watchers Vallarta operates an strict cancellation policy.

 

Online Bookings-Cancellation Policies:

• For a full refund cancel 48 hrs before the date of your booking. 

• Cancellations the day of your tour or no shows or be late, forfeit the entire amount, No refund.

• Activities may be changed due to weather conditions  (hurricane or  storm) You can either choose to join us in a tour later or get a full refund.

• All tours are non-refundable once taken. - date changes are subject to availability, No  shows and late arrivals - no refunds.

• Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email. All changes are subject to availability.

Charges to your Credit or Debit Card- Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on Whale Watchers Vallarta official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the date that you choose is unavailable, Whale Watchers Vallarta will offer an alternative day or time.

Prices and Exchange Rates Prices are quoted and charged in mexican pesos.
